BLISTERS
1. Use shears to cut a donut-shaped piece of moleskin. Be
sure the hole in the middle is slightly larger than the blister.
2. Place over the blister.
Note: The same technique can also be used when a "hot
spot" develops to prevent the formation of a blister, or to ease pressure on
corns and calluses.
