Troop 10, like all other troops, is a neighborhood organization. The boys are leaders of the troop with the help and guidance of the parents involved. This is why PARENTS are so important to the working of Troop 10. It is a requirement of Troop 10 that at least one parent register with the scout to help support the Troop. Without parental participation and support, we can not have a Troop.
